Tom and Joe were raised in a family of six children on a small farm in rural Wabash County, where they learned the value of hard work from an early age. With over 40 years of combined experience across the medical device, automotive, and metal industries, they have developed a diverse skill set and deep expertise. Their careers have spanned various roles, including engineering, operations, and quality management, before transitioning into the real estate sector.
Both Tom and Joe hold bachelor’s degrees in engineering, along with Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, among other professional credentials. Their extensive backgrounds have equipped them with a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Outside of their professional lives, Tom and Joe share a profound appreciation for the outdoors, engaging in activities such as beekeeping, gardening, hunting, fishing, and woodworking. Tom is a lifetime member of The Beekeepers of Indiana and the Indiana Queen Breeders Association (IQBA). His previous experience as an EMT/Paramedic provided him with valuable insights into life’s fragility and underscored the importance of family, which remains his top priority.
Joe has dedicated his free time during recent years to developing a family farm, constructing two commercial high tunnels, and producing a range of vegetable crops for the local community. He is certified in Produce Safety by Cornell College of Agriculture and as an Indiana Certified Food Protection Manager. Joe’s commitment to his work reflects his dedication to supporting his family and community, while also instilling values of hard work and ensuring a lasting legacy for future generations.
Tom and Joe bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to our team, and their shared values of integrity and commitment continue to drive their success in real estate.
